Shipping Policy: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on your choice of shipping method when checking out. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order once it has been processed. Please note that USPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.

When you place your order, the Hayah website connects to the USPS or UPS website, where the shipping is calculated based on weight, and shipping destination. If you would like an indication of your shippings costs, place a mock order, and choose your shipping method. You can then view your total order cost including shipping charges before paying for the order.

Handling on orders starts at $2.00 per package. It goes up as the size of the order increases. Handling is calculate based on the cost of labor required to invoice, pack, and ship your order. 

Placing Orders: Orders can be placed, online at www.hayahcosmetics.com. By phone at (205)-910-8230, or by mail.                             

  • We do not accept personal checks. If placing your order by mail, please pay by money order.
  • When placing an order by mail, your order will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of your payment. If your payment is not received within 10 business days, your order will be canceled. 
  • Add-ons and changes can be made up to 24 hours after an order has been placed. After that time, a separate order should be placed through the shopping cart. If you are making a change to your order within the allotted time, always include your order number as reference. 

Orders: Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 24 hours after you have made your purchase for your order to be reviewed and processed. If you have questions regarding your order you may contact us by phone or email. Your order is very important to us but please keep in mind that we process multiple orders daily. So when inquiring, please do so courteously.

Note: Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. 

Overnight Orders: All purchases that require overnight shipping must be noted in the comments box on the checkout page. As mentioned beforehand, all orders are reviewed and processed in the order in which they are received. Therefore, your overnight request may not be handled until the next business day or when your order comes next in line: whichever comes first. If you absolutely must receive your products immediately, contact us by phone AS SOON AS you have made your purchase. 

Order Cancellation Policy: Please submit any cancellations via email to cancellations@hayahcosmetics.com or call on our business phone at 205-910-8230. All cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of making your purchase.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the alloted 24 hour notice period, we will not refund the merchandise total or shipping.

Refund/Exchange Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT offer refunds. This is standard procedure when purchasing cosmetic products as the merchandise can become contaminated once handled by the customer (even if it has not been opened). We must guarantee the hygienic quality of our products to our customers. We do, however, offer exchanges on incorrect or damaged merchandise. If you have received your order and it is incorrect or damaged, please ship it back. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will determine if it is indeed damaged and exchange your products as well as cover the shipping costs. if you have NOT received incorrect or damaged merchandise, and are simply experiencing buyer's remorse, we WILL NOT assume responsibility, and WILL NOT offer an exchange.

We at Hayah Mineral Cosmetics do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer reasonably priced sample sizes of our products. We STRONGLY suggest you purchase sample sizes prior to purchasing full-sized products. To sample our products, click here

Out of Stock Policy

  • The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
  • Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock.
  • Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.
  • Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.
